Een belangrijk onderdeel van het dienstenpakket van IKS International b.v. is de kalibratie van meetinstrumenten.

Onderhoud & service

Om te voorkomen dat u voor elke dienst opnieuw moet afstemmen wie er komt en wat er moet gebeuren, biedt IKS International b.v. vaste combinaties van diensten en producten in een onderhoudscontract. Hiermee bent u steeds verzekerd van de juiste ondersteuning tegen minimale kosten.

XiltriX® - Sensoren

De meest gebruikte sensoren zijn pt100 sensoren. Deze sensoren zijn zowel robuust als nauwkeurig. De XiltriX sensoren hebben een bereik van -200°C tot 250°C. Alle sensoren verzamelen hun meetgegevens onafhankelijk van de interne sensor van het gemeten apparaat. Dit zorgt voor volledige traceerbaarheid, zelfs in geval van stroomuitval.

Temperatuur (bereik van -200°C tot 1200°C)
On/off schakelaars bijv. deuropeningen, vloeistof niveau's etc.
CO₂ (koolstofdioxide) O₂ (zuurstof)
Relatieve vochtigheid
Differentiële drukken
Luchtsnelheid (laminaire flow kasten)
Electroconductiviteit (water kwaliteit)
Elke andere sensor met een 4-20 mA uitgang.

New Compact Autoclaves with Advanced Functionality

A new range of compact, bench top autoclaves from IKS International (Rosmalen, the Netherlands) offers functionality normally only found in larger equipment. Features such as a built-in steam generator, water cooling, vacuum pump, a sensor to measure the temperature of the load and a steam ballast facility to facilitate trouble-free cooling combine to give high-efficiency sterilization combined with short cycle times – typically one more full cycle per day compared with competitive compact machines.

Registratie - Bewaking - Alarmering

Ruim 15 jaar ervaring en ontwikkeling hebben geleid tot een temperatuurregistratie-, bewakings- en alarmeringssysteem XiltriX. Hiermee kunt u eenvoudig de temperatuur van al uw laboratoriumapparatuur registreren en alarmeren: Real-time via uw eigen netwerk of ver daar buiten. Dit geldt ook voor talloze andere parameters, zoals druk, CO2 en zuurstof.
De storingsmelding en opvolging kan op vele manieren plaats vinden; XiltriX biedt altijd een oplossing voor uw omgeving!
